i will have this cause c1-c2 instabillity and i have occipital neuralgia 5 years.is it possible with that surgery to cut also the c2 nerve root to cure occipital neuralgia?
Giorgos Georgantas have you had your fusion surgery for C1 C2? How do you feel postsurgery? I have a similar problem with what you described.

I had two fractures in C1 and C2. I did not have any operation, just took bed rest and medicine. The doctor said that it is very risky. And I was cured and then fractured again the day before. I want to fix this, my 2 years are useless, please contact me.
